You don't have to build AI for the AI Act to apply to you.

If your team uses ChatGPT, an AI recruiting tool or a chatbot on your website, you are a deployer under the law. Literacy and prohibited-practice duties have applied since February 2025. Enterprise governance platforms are typically built for companies with a compliance department, and one-off consulting projects can quickly cost thousands of euros.

Shadow-AI discoveryComing

Other tools start with an empty spreadsheet. We read app grants, sign-ins and spend to show you the AI already in use, including AI switched on inside software you bought years ago.

AI Vendor Trust NetworkComing

Vendors publish their AI Act information once; you subscribe instead of chasing them by email, and get alerted when their system changes.

Training on your own toolsComing

Short lessons in Slack or Teams on the tools your team really uses, with a per-person record that shows what you did for AI literacy.

Compliance that wins dealsComing

Answer enterprise AI questionnaires from your workspace in minutes, and link prospects to a live transparency page instead of a PDF.

A gate for new toolsComing

Staff request a new AI tool in two minutes. Low-risk tools are approved automatically; anything sensitive goes to the right person.

Questions SMEs ask us

We only use ChatGPT. Does the AI Act really apply to us?

Yes. Using an AI system at work makes you a deployer. An AI-literacy duty has applied since 2 February 2025 (its current wording comes from the AI Omnibus), and the ban on prohibited practices applies too. For a general assistant the rest is light, and the checker shows exactly what.

When do the high-risk rules start?

After the AI Omnibus, on 2 December 2027 for stand-alone uses such as hiring and credit scoring, and on 2 August 2028 for AI built into regulated products such as medical devices or lifts.

Does GenAIze Technologies give legal advice?

No. GenAIze Technologies provides information and self-assessment software that applies general rules to your answers and cites the article behind every legal conclusion. It does not review your individual situation. When you need individual legal advice, please consult a qualified lawyer.

Who is behind GenAIze Technologies?

GenAIze Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt) in Berlin, led by Managing Director Aqsa Mushtaq Peer, who holds the A4Q AI Compliance certificate, a private personnel certification of A4Q issued by GASQ Service GmbH (certificate no. 8548357428, valid until 5 August 2028). She is not a lawyer; for individual legal advice, please consult a qualified lawyer.

Where is our data stored?

The free checker runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing to us. If you join the early-access list, we receive your email address and, only if you choose to share it, a short summary of your check (company size, number of systems and highest risk class). Our email service Brevo processes this data for us under a data processing agreement, and you are only added once you confirm by email; see our privacy policy. For the GenAIze Technologies product we plan EU hosting.

How is this different from a GRC platform?

GRC tools assume a compliance team that feeds them. GenAIze Technologies discovers your AI for you, explains results in plain language, trains your staff and is priced for companies with 10 to 750 people.

Start with ten minutes and a list of your tools.

The free check tells you where you stand today and what is due next.
